This morning I went down to a local shopping area that has a very nice pond behind it. I set up my time-lapse gear for a 550 shot sequence and then with my other camera I did some image mining. Image mining, you may ask what is that? Well, it’s a term that Bryan Peterson uses in many of his wonderful photography books. You find an area and open your eyes and imagination to find beautiful photographic jewels. So here is what I found within about a 30-Foot area near my Time-Lapse setup.

Lovely set, Steve! The term ‘image mining’ is great. It’s close relative is clearly ‘street photography’. I like both of them. 🙂 – And thanks for visiting my blog!
