Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Shot today Jan 1 2013
In my previous post HDR Photography I posted the shot below but I like the one I shot today much better :->
The shot below was captured with a Canon T1i my first Canon Digital camera my previous camera was a Minolta 35mm Film Camera. The shot above was captured with a Canon 5D Mark II with the addition of a CPL Filter . So, not only a difference in gear but a difference in me as well. Let me explain. For last couple years a lot of changes have taken place, first and foremost my overwhelming desire to return to photography and creative pursuits. I have been reading many photography books, joined a camera club and overall the difference is clear. Knowledge, determination, practice and surrounding yourself with like-minded inspired people is the key to improvement.
I would like to recommend a book that has been very helpful it is By Bryan Peterson
Bryan Peterson’s Understanding Composition Field Guide: How to See and Photograph Images with Impact

I would agree! I like today’s image better too. Happy New Year! Blessings, Robyn
