I do not post very many here but locally I have won a few awards for some Monochrome images.
Objects with fine detail like a dragonfly work great.
Right now I am reading From OZ to Kansas by Vincent Versace it is an excellent book on digital B&W post processing.

It’s unusual to see you images in b&w. I particularly like the second image because the pattern of the wings stand out so well.
