Life and Duck

Nature has certain principles that apply to everything and gives us choices.

I will illustrate with ducks.

We can choose to follow or lead.

We can choose to blend in with the crowd.

We can choose to hide in plain sight hoping not to get noticed.

Or we can choose to be front and center.

But the most important choice is to be here now and enjoy the moment.

What matters is to live in the present, live now, for every moment is now. It is your thoughts and acts of the moment that create your future. The outline of your future path already exists, for you created its pattern by your past.

Perfect combination of photos and life lessons. That living in the present thing is strangely hard for me to do.

Be here is now is so brought forward here in the Pacific Northwest. The mudslide in Oso has us all hugging our families and remembering we have only NOW. So, your post hit me at the right time. Well done. R
