So, I thought to myself, I have been to the Palm Beach Zoo a few times over that last two years. On my trip yesterday I found myself noticing other scenes and details that caught my eye. Here are a few of those shots which have been processed in Adobe Lightroom4 and Photomatix HDR software. Equip used was a Canon 5D Mark II with a Tamron 28-300 Lens. Please feel free to comment or ask any questions that you may have.
So remember there is much more at the Zoo than just cute animals, take it slow and carefully look around for everywhere are images to be captured.
LOVE the images Steve, especially the 1st, 3rd, and 5th. Good stuff! Robyn

Thanks!
The first image is my favorite one. I will go back and reshoot sometime as on this trip I left the tri-pod in the car. Image 5 was good but would of been great with a tri-pod.

Thank you! HDR is just one of many creative tools to overcome camera limitations. The most important part is to start with good quality bracketed shots. -Steve

Wow, amazing. Thanks for the like. I’m experimenting with HDR too. What post-processing do you use to get that “paint-like effect?
